Set your own rates that reflect the value of the work you do. Helpers net $49.60+ per hour for standard visits on average.
Choose who you work with and the hours you work. If you’d like to expand your business, you can take on new clients and add extra shifts (we call them visits) to your schedule.

Deliver excellent care with our simple-to-use Helper app that contains essential care information, schedules, travel routes, important to-dos and more.
We up-skill Helpers at no cost, so you can keep supporting the people you know and care about — with confidence and continuity.
Submit your application online. If successful, you will be asked to complete your profile and upload the necessary documents.
Once you’ve passed the background checks and completed the online training modules, you’ll be ready to go!
